We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2022, at the age of 71, Philmore Seals of Isom, Kentucky, born in Whitesburg, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Delmer Seals and Magdalene Logan Seals. He is survived by: his daughter Bridgette Madden (Rodney); his grandchildren, Alex Madden (Brianna), Brooke Tyree (Isaiah) and Sydnee Madden; his great grandchildren, Cameron Keith Madden and Elaina Kate Madden; and his brother James Seals (Linda). He is also survived by other family members and special friends.
