Peggy Ison Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Ison of Isom, Kentucky, who passed away on January 23, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Peggy may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Morton and Armistia Morton (Hall). She is survived by: her husband Doyle Ison of Isom, Kentucky.; her siblings, Coy Hubert Morton of Detroit, Michagan. and Sharon June Sexton of Somerset, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Dylan Rayburn and Jami Rayburn; and her great grandchildren, River Ison, Jase Davis and Jaxon Davis.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Everidge Funeral Home (65 Main St, Whitesburg, KY 41858). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
