He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Cook (Joey) of Dry Fork and Nina Dzierzek (Raymond) of Isom; and his grandchildren, Tereana Pike, Dustin Dzierzek, Ashley Timico, Tawny Dzierzek, Steven Cook, Ryan Cook, Justin Lucas, Dixie Lynn, Chelsie Thompson and Lindsay Lucas.
