She is survived by: her sons, Charles Wayne Adams (Janice C.) of Lexington and Sammy Adams (Legina) of Isom; and her grandchildren, Ian Jeffery Adams of Isom, Kenela Jo Adams of Isom and McKenzie Leigh Adams of Home.
