He is survived by: his wife Mary Collins; his son Robert Wayne Collins (Rowena) of Lexington; his stepson Donald Ray Collins of Flemingsburg; his daughters, Barbara Ann Pratt (Steve) of Hallie and Michelle; his uncle David; his stepdaughter Katie Meade of Kingscreek; his sister Yvonne Collins of Rockhouse; his grandchildren, Steven Pratt Jr., Devin Collins, Alex Collins, Austin Bolling and Dalton Wilson; his great grandchildren, Maggie and Audrey; his mother-in-law Josephene Spangler; his sister-in-law Ella J Cook; and his niece Carol Breeding.
