He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Wetzel and Mary Evelyn Howard Wetzel; and his brothers, Gaylen Wetzel and Ralph Wetzel. He is survived by: his wife Linda Pittas Wetzel; his daughters, Cathy Dossett (John) of San Antonio and Donielle Wetzel of Island; and his sister Pamela Daniels of Atlanta. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel (212 E Broadway, Livermore, KY 42352). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at the same location.
