She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy Pinkham and Doris Arnold Pinkham. She is survived by: her husband Sammy Conrad; her daughters, Krystal Dixon (A'Mon) of Evansville and Samantha Majors (Brad Neal) of Livia; her stepchildren, Derek Conrad (Anjelah) of Midland, Texas and Samantha Carter (Cam) of Owensboro; and her sister Shannon Hayden (Earl) of Beaver Dam. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
