It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steve Humphrey of Island, Kentucky, born in Livermore, Kentucky, who passed away on November 30, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Ellison and Louise Mitchell Howard Humphrey; and his siblings, Mason Humphrey and Janet Humphrey. He is survived by: his wife Lorenda Bishop Humphrey; his children, Tad Humphrey (Jamie) of Livermore, Troy Humphrey (Ginger) of Livermore, Matt Humphrey of Island and Meggan Colburn (Jason) of Island; his grandchildren, Ben Humphrey, Maddie Humphrey, LeeAnne Keener, Steven Humphrey, Jessi Humphrey, Jordan Colburn and Drew Colburn; his great grandchildren, Layla, Sarah, Piper, Paizlee and Taylor; his stepsons, Robert Bishop (Cindy) of Island and Eric Bishop (Audry) of Georgetown; his stepgrandchildren, Maisie Bishop, Kendall Bishop, Emily Bishop, Ethan Bishop and Blake Bishop; and his siblings, Chester Humphrey, Jr. of Island, Robert Humphrey (Connie) of Livermore, Elizabeth Ashby of Sacramento and Lydia Taylor (Henry) of Island. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
