It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Nevitt of Island, Kentucky, who passed away on October 31, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley Nevitt to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry and Emma G. Crabtree Sullivan; her husband Bobbie W. Nevitt; her son Dennis Wayne Nevitt; and her great grandchild Jarrett Nevitt.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Nevitt (Kim) of Livia, Eddie Nevitt (Michele) of Lewisport, Rhonda Cook (Tab) of Island and Keitha Henderson of Cahokia, Illinois; her daughter-in-law Susie Nevitt of Owensboro; and her brother Louis Sullivan of Ledbetter. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
