He was predeceased by: his parents, Matt H. Neal and Polly Allen Neal. He is survived by: his children, Jack Neal (Sandy) of Meridian, Idaho and Chris Franklin (Rick) of Pine, Idaho. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
