He was predeceased by: his mother Nina Sue Willis Bastin; and his grandfather Clark Bastin. He is survived by: his father William Anthony of Livermore; his fiancée Donna Oakley; his children, Destiny Thomas (Collin) of Rocklin, Alexia Bastin of Owensboro and Deacon Bastin of Island; his stepchildren, Haley Thompson of Island, Rachel Thompson of Island, Riley Thompson of Island and Logan Oakley (Jessica) of Minneapolis; and his grandmother Anita Brock of Chicago. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and many friends.
