He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Howard and Ethel Mae "Tooter" Wilkie Howard. He is survived by: his wife Connie Howard; his son Marvin Howard, Jr. of Island; his grandchildren, Leslie Manis (Scott), Lauren Dudley (Nathan), Lacie Howard, Skylar Rich (Brian) and Jesse Howard (Torrie Giffin); and his siblings, Jackie Howard (Gina) of Island, Zeke Howard (Jennifer) of Island and Linda Huckleberry of Island. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
