He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl H. Howard and Catherine Sylvania Mitchell Howard. He is survived by: his daughters, Janise Hobbs of Island and Julie Drake (David) of Livia; his grandsons, Corey Williams, David Michael Drake and Jacob Hobbs; and his great grandchildren, Connor Boyken, Jasper Williams and Cora Williams.
