Jackie was predeceased by: parents, Lucian Venard and Pauline Nettie James Revlett. Jackie is survived by: wife Teresa Revlett; children, Lucian Revlett and Anna Johnson (Mike) of Owensboro; stepsons, Jerry Muir of Lexington and Douglas Muir of Lexington; and siblings, Johnny Revlett of Island and Jetta Daniel of Livermore. Jackie is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren.
