He is survived by: his children, Jeff Bolton (Carol) of Island and Beth Bolton of Greenville; his grandchildren, Brandy Conrad (Trent), David Hicks (Cary), Austin Kidd (Hillary) and Anne-Shelby Kidd; his great grandchildren, Fisher Hicks, Wallace Hicks and Kendall Conrad; and his sister Diane Hutchins (Cricket) of Livermore.
