He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Carter and Ruby Mae Knight Carter. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Carter; his sons, Daniel Carter (Leslie) of Island, Jason Carter (Michelle) of Rumsey and Jeremy Carter (Tamara) of Upton; and his siblings, Wayne Carter (Karen) of Island, Carroll Carter (Vendi) of Island, JoAnn Moore (Steve) of Owensboro, Debbie Carter of Calhoun, Donna Burden (Jerry) of Owensboro and Sherry Capps (Gary) of Calhoun. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
