He is survived by: his daughter Stacy Simmons (Robert) of Irvington, KY; his siblings, Audrey Arms (Vernon), Penny Robinson (Wayne), Charlotte Wayne (Steve) and Charlie Ray Dupin (Kathy); his granddaughter Brianna Simmons; and his great grandchild Isabelle Grace Basham.
