He is survived by: his wife Bettie S. Johnson Milburn; his son Christopher Richard Homer Milburn (Patricia Lynne) of Bewleyville, KY; his brothers, Randall Milburn and Frank Milburn (Vickie); and his grandchildren, Christopher Brandon Milburn (Kayla), Caitlyn Ann Burden (Hunter), Christina R Milburn (Dakota Bishop) and Candace Marie Mudd (Zach). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
