She was predeceased by: her parents, Marchie James McCollum and Flora Ethel Poole McCollum; and her siblings, Marie McCollum, Mack, Albert, Carman and Darryl McCollum.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Claycomb Ham of Webster, KY, Martha "Lynn" Simmons (Stanley) of Webster, KY and Frank Claycomb, Jr. (Sherry) of Brandenburg, KY; her grandchildren, Staci Bennett (Keith), Jeremy Compton (Courtney), Amanda Sullivan (Casey), Lauren Wood (Gavin), Haleigh Claycomb (Mason Lee), Courtney Ham (Lizz Forseman), Russ Ham (Nicole), Kaira Simmons and Donovan Simmons (Destiny); and her great grandchildren, Lyndsey, Madison, Landen, Logan, Mallory, Presley, Parker, Maybree, Eli, Nate, Hudson, Jack, Gavin, Don Jr., Zachary, Mariann, Brandon, Patrick and Aubrey.
