She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Bell and Dorothy Bell; and her husband Fred J. Neff. She is survived by: her brothers, Harold and Floyd Bell; her sister-in-law Ann Bell; her daughters, Janet Neff Brewer, Rebecca Neff and Linda Neff; her son-in-law Michael Brewer; her grandchildren, Bethany Brewer-Ball, Kevin Ball, Rachel Brewer, Katie Lynn Neff, Saagar and Sudha Patel; her great grandchildren, Brennen, Marin Ball, Shreya and Shree Patel; and her siblings, Ronnie, Ruby Bell, Mary Emma Bell, Larry, Connie Bell, Delois Bell, Bill and Elaine Bell. She is also survived by her family and was supportive of her children and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Alexander Funeral Home (509 Spring St, Irvington, KY 40146). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
