He is survived by: his wife Susie Hopkins; his daughters, Susan Karen Hopkins of Chapmansboro, TN and Janet Souders (Terry) of Harned, KY; his grandson Dustin James Hopkins (Cynthia Johnson) of Guston, KY; his great grandchildren, Donavon Durbin of Etown, KY, Abigail Hopkins of Guston and Bella Hopkins of Guston; his sisters, Betty Jo Cromer of Berea, KY and Helen Doyle of Stanford, KY; and his niece Rhonda Krasher.
