He is survived by: his parents, Jeremy Leo Gardner and Amanda Lee Norton Gardner; his brother Matthew Gardner; his grandparents, Carlitta, Robert Williams, Phyllis, Don Woosley, Robby Norton and Alton Gardner; his great-grandparents, Edward, Sylvia Norton and Lynn Williams; his uncle Brian Gardner (Jennifer); and his cousins, Zachary Gardner, Michael Gardner (Valarie) and Kyle Gardner.
