He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandie" Pendleton; his children, Christopher Nieto of Fontana, CA, Aimee Nieto of Louisville, KY and Shanna Neito-Lee of Flint, MI; his parents, Bobby Pendleton and Stella Pendleton of Hardinsburg, KY; and his siblings, Sue Anthony (Bradley) of Hardinsburg, KY and Bill Pendleton (Fran) of Upton, KY. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
