He is survived by: his children, James Harrison Norris (Amanda) of Irvington and Stephanie Fountain (Steve) of Irvington; his grandchildren, Alicia of Irvington, Alexis of Irvington, Jacob of Irvington, Ariana Norris of Irvington, Cadee of Irvington, Emma Fountain of Irvington and Chyane Higgins of Irvington; his close friend Clyde Higgins, Jr.; and his wife Charlotte Ann Milburn Norris.
