It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emily Eugenia Thompson of Irvington, Kentucky, who passed away on January 3, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Monroe Replogle, Jr. and Dorothy Lucille Orr; and her sister Dorothy Dianne Replogle. She is survived by: her children, Rodney Thompson (Erica) of Bismarck, ND, Kristee Ross (Howard) of Irvington, KY and Rodger Thompson (Tammy) of Clint, NC; her siblings, Ruby Hanshew (Ken) of Decatur, IL and John Replogle III of Goshen, IN; her grandchildren, Tiffani McCown (Joseph) and Catherine Emily Jean Ross of Irvington; her nephew Randy Hanshew (Michelle) of Mishawaka, IN; and her niece Wendi Replogle of Goshen, IN.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Alexander Funeral Home (509 Spring St, Irvington, KY 40146). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
