She was predeceased by: her mother Virginia Havens; and her sisters, Sandra Simonini and Jaquline Manning. She is survived by: her husband Luciano T. Reyes; and her children, Luciano T. Reyes II (Melissa) of Louisville and Sulliman M. Reyes (Sari) of Louisville. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
