He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Cox and Mary Liza Cox; and his sister Sheila Helton. He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Cox; his children, Jason Michael Cox (Raschelle) and Jennifer Nicole Skaggs (Todd); his grandchildren, Blaine Matthews, Michaela Ann Cox, Elizabeth Danielle Goff and Katelyn Renee Skaggs; his brothers, Manuel Cox (Brenda) and Christopher Carter; his stepfather Paul; his grandfather Carter; and his friend Faye Sullivan (Gary). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held privately for Mike's immediate family only, due to capacity restrictions from the COVID-19 pandemic.
