She was predeceased by: her parents, Buster Thornsberry and Ida Mae Thornsberry (McCoy); her husband Carlos Michael "Mike" Cox; and her brothers, Larry Thornsberry (Jackie) and Marty Thornsberry (Nancy).
She is survived by: her children, Jason Michael Cox (Raschelle) and Jennifer Nicole Skaggs (Todd); her grandchildren, Blaine Matthews, Michaela Ann Cox, Elizabeth Danielle Goff and Katelyn Renee Skaggs; and her siblings, Bonnie Phelps (Walter), Danny Thornsberry (LeAnne), Lanny Thornsberry (Judy), Gary Thornsberry (Belinda) and Ronald Keith Thornsberry. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hager Funeral Home (633 Bland St, Brandenburg, KY 40108). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
