He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Hall; his wife Sandra Kay Shouse Hall; his daughter Stephanie Hall; and his brothers, Daniel and Steve Hall.

He is survived by: his mother Delilah Smyth Hall; his daughters, Sonja "Joni" Hatton, Estill Co and Melissa "Lisa" Raker (Ryan); his siblings, Laura Minnix and Scot Hall; and his grandchildren, Jonah Carpenter, Dawson Carpenter, Becket Raker, Sophia Raker, Everleigh Raker, Carter Hatton and Colby Hatton.
