He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Osborne and Modena Johnson Osborne; and his stepdaughter Kathy Sweeny. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Phillips Osborne; his children, Deana K. Osborne and Timothy Wade Osborne (Michelle); his sisters, Lily Sturgill and Martha Flynn; and his stepchildren, Karen Jones (Rusty), Madison Co, Barbara McElroy, Jimmy Marcum (Deana) and Wayne Marcum. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild 11 step-grandchildren and 9 step-great grandchildren.
