It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivan O'Leta Johnson (Irvine, Kentucky), born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on March 20, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Fogarty and Ruby Mary Johnson Fogarty; her husband Eugene Johnson; her sons, Andy Lee Turner, III and Russell Bailey; and her siblings, Ruth Ann Monroe and Jim Fogarty.
She is survived by: her children, Ruby Riddell, Irvine Helen Hall and Gene Austin Turner; and her sister Roberta Mullins. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
