He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom, Sr. Clark and Nadine Wagner Clark. He is survived by: his daughter Kendra Clark of Irvine; his siblings, William Clark of Lexington and Amanda Thomas (Rodney) of Livingston; his nephews, Jacob Collins and Doug Collins; and his niece Heather Thomas.
