He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Henry and Ernest Jr. Henry; his daughter Shelly Henry; and his brother Jimmy Henry. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Estill Henry, Jacob Henry, Dylan Henry, Joseph Henry, Cynthia Puckett, Gracie Henry and Alivia Henry; and his siblings, Robert Henry, Troy Henry, Edward Henry, Terry Henry, Larry Henry, Deborah Kohlhorst and Cheryl Hardy.

Family ask that in Lieu of flowers donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
