She is survived by: her daughter Janet Lynn Burnett of Beattyville, Kentucky; and her siblings, Janie Scott (Morace) of Wheelrim, Patty Sue Carlson (Eric) of Flemingsburg, Kentucky, Bill Patrick (Marsha) of Mt. Sterling, Bradford Patrick of Magoffin County, Kentucky and Steve Patrick of Magoffin County, Kentucky. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
