He is survived by: his wife Kellie Muncie Woolery; his sons, Jeffery Woolery (Irvine), Chance Woolery (Ravenna), Steven Ray Woolery (Ravenna) and Robby Johnson; and his brothers, Michael Woolery (Connie), Richmond, Kim Woolery, Irvine, Greg Woolery (Rita) and IrvineIn.
