He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Denise Canter Webb; his children, Amanda Qualls (Rob Newman), Richmond, Andrea Webb, Scott Webb (Alesia) and Phillip Webb (Paige Barger); his siblings, Jenny Webb (Verlin Conrad), Lisa Bowling, RichmondFrances Marcum (Marvin), IrvineJoyce Larrison, Ronnie Webb (Pliney), Alfred Webb (Charlotte) and IrvineJake Estes (Connie); and his grandchildren, Sawyer, Jack Webb, Teddy, Finn Qualls, Ellie and Addie Newman.
