He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy McIntosh and Helen Rice McIntosh; and his brothers, Kenneth Ray, Bobby Gene, Danny and Nathan McIntosh.
He is survived by: his wife Marie McIntosh; his children, Jennifer Marie McIntosh and William Samuel McIntosh (Darlene); his siblings, Joyce Ann Rawlins, Sandra McKinney (Bill) and Roy David McIntosh (Sue); and his granddaughters, Audrey and Kaylee McIntosh. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, along with numerous special friends and his church family.
