She was predeceased by: her parents, Harve Puckett and Grace Tipton Puckett; her son Randall Kirk Wise; and her siblings, Lonnie Puckett, Dorothy Ballard and Heathy Gilbert.
She is survived by: her children, David Wise of Irvine and Angela Townsend of Waco, Kentucky.; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Johnson, Latasha Townsend, Brandy Raider (Rick) and Claudia Grace Richie; and her great grandchildren, Carissa Reed, Rylin Robinson, Landyn Baskin, Braydon Townsend, Mason Raider, Johnathan Raider, Cameron Townsend, Larkin Allen and Keegan Goodrich.
