He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Sr. Stamper and Zetta Hall Stamper; and his brother Ray Edward Stamper. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Rogers Stamper; his sons, Greg Stamper (Sheila), Kenny Stamper (Amanda), Scott Stamper, Brian Stamper and Kevin Stamper (Karen); and his siblings, Deloris McCullah, Charlene Rogers (James), Judy Stamper, Ellis Stamper and Dewey Stamper. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
