He is survived by: his wife Anna Katherine McClain Puckett; his children, Shellie Puckett Miracle (Tony) and Roger Wayne Puckett (Karen); his brother Billy Ray Puckett; his grandchildren, Morgan and Logan Miracle; and his stepgrandchildren, Josiah and Jameson Miller.
