It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roger Dale Warner of Irvine, Kentucky, born in Richmond, Kentucky, who passed away on February 28, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Lewis and Fairiy Rose Warner; and his siblings, Roy, Randall Shumate and Alice Faye Houston.

He is survived by: his children, Jeff Warner, Michelle Osborne (Timothy) and Monica Glasson; and his grandchildren, Trinity, Owen Dale, Jeffrey, Noah, Nicholas Osborne, Tracy and Joshua Glasson.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to his memorial fund.
