He was predeceased by: his parents, Tyree H. Campbell and Susie Couch Campbell; his son Earl Dale Campbell; his siblings, Tyree "Bill" Campbell, Hence Campbell, Gordon Wayne Campbell and Marilyn Campbell; his brother-in-law Bro. Earl Estep; and his grandson Tyler Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Mann Campbell of Irvine, Kentucky; his children, Charles H. Banks of Austin, Ronald Campbell (Lucretia) of Scottsburg, Indiana and Amber Barrett (Shelly) of Lancaster, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Courtney Wilson, Sahara Crowe, Dominac Campbell, Jordan Campbell, Alexis Farris, Kyla Ferris, Ellis Barrett, Jr., Kelly Barrett, Phyllis Campbell, Tatiana Campbell, Franklin Helton and Payton Hatchett; his siblings, Charlie Campbell (Pauline) of Austin, Cecil Campbell (Tammy) of Austin, Indiana, Elaine Estep of Austin and Beverly Campbell of Irvine, Kentucky; and his brother-in-law Walter Mann (Malinda) of Beattyville, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
