It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert R. McGuffey Jr. of Irvine, Kentucky, who passed away on December 14, 2020, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert Rose "Bob" McGuffey, Sr.; his son Andre Hilton Norris McGuffey; his brother Nathaniel Hilton McGuffey; and his aunt Roberta McKee. He is survived by: his mother Ellen McGuffey of Carlisle; his children, Alyssa of Louisville, Ashley of Louisville and Andrew McGuffey of Louisville; his grandchildren, Jamirah, Jessie Rose, Jamilynn McGuffey and Ashtyn Johnson; his siblings, Brandon McGuffey of Lexington and Jennifer Bussell of Michigan; his aunt Anna Beckham of Louisville; his uncle Asbury McGuffey, Jr. of Lexington; his cousins, Mark Beckham, Angela Moore and Michael Potts; his close friend Darlene; and his friends, Derwin Howard and Tip Fryman.
