He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison Holbrook and Meda Jane Holbrook; and his siblings, Ethel Bardill, Edna Cole, Jewell Bushelman, Clyde Holbrook, Dale Holbrook, Jesse Holbrook and Ralph Holbrook.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Dunaway; his daughters, Janet Stepp and Connie Witt; his grandchildren, Tara Friend (Bill), Robert Stepp (Tabitha), Ethan Witt and Abby Witt; and his great grandchildren, Rylee Friend, Logan Friend, Brody Stepp, Bryce Stepp, Bryndle Stepp, Nora Witt and Cole Witt.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home (99 Cedar Grove Road, Irvine, KY 40336). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at the West Irvine Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Care Plus, the Irvine Masonic Lodge, or the Estill County Animal Shelter.
