He is survived by: his wife Teresa Lynn Smith Neal; his son Phillip Robin Neal, Jr.; his stepchildren, Madison Brooke Botkins and Lexington Thomas John Botkins, Jr.; his brother Kevin Curt Neal (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Haylee Nicole Neal, Hollie Elizabeth Neal and Benjamin Ali Neal; and his nieces and nephews, Mandy Richelle Neal, Maggie Neal Kessler (Jamey), Christopher Lee Estes (Angie) and Brenton Estes (Courtney).
