She is survived by: her mother Edna Chamberlain Spivey; her children, Stephanie Reed, Madison Co, Terri Noe, Fayette Co and Jason Bowling (Sarah); her siblings, Jean Neal, JoAnn Williams (Doug), Lisa Walden (Tommy), Randall Spivey (Sheila), Estill Co, Ray Spivey, Harold Spivey (Peggy) and Stephen Spivey (Vicki); her grandchildren, Logan Reed, Jordan Noe, Tanner Bowling, Blake Grubb, Kylie Stewart, McKenna Bowling and Lilly-Kate Bowling; and her great grandchildren, Kaylie Reed, Jace Gerald, Kendall Johnson and Kamden Reed.
