She was predeceased by: her parents, James Richard and Rosa Ann Puckett McIntosh; her spouse Berl Reese Helton; and her siblings, Stella Puckett, Mary Elizabeth Barnes, Nancy Tipton, Hester, Clyde, Floyd and Willie McIntosh.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elwanda Holland, Rebecca Arvin of Florida and Irvine. She is also survived by 3 grandsons 5 great grandchildren.
