She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley C. Winkler and Fannie Mae Tuttle Winkler; her husband Roy M. Webb Jr.; her siblings, Juanita Hall, Oscar and Stanley C. Winkler Jr.; and her grandsons, Daniel and Todd Webb.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth N. Webb (Ruby), Lonnie M. Webb (Marsha) and Donnie M. Webb (Joyce); and her brother Kenneth Winkler. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
