She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Lee and Lucille McIntosh Puckett; and her husband Randy Coleman. She is survived by: her children, Jack Lee McIntosh (Jennifer), Vickie Sue Atchison (Reed), Estill Co and Tonya Charlton (Garrard Co); and her brother William "Buddy" Howard Puckett (Reana).
