She is survived by: her children, Garry McIntosh of Clay City and Kathy McIntosh of Ravenna; her granddaughters, Heather and Tara McIntosh; and her brothers, Bradly Tipton (Sheila) of Ravenna and Paul Tipton of Berea. She is also survived by two great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
